Podcast Feature: The Good Place with Robin Cox

Many moons ago, when he still lived in Amsterdam I met Robin Cox via his publication A City Made By People magazine. Fast forward nearly a decade later and Robin invited me to chat on his show, Good Place, a series featuring unique conversations with interesting people on public benches. I enjoy this series because every episode offers a different life experience and of course, I was happy to share a bit of mine.

So, I invited Robin to one of my favorite benches in Vondelpark on a golden late summer day where we discussed some of the many different chapters I’ve lived through during my almost 15-year adventure in Amsterdam. What started out as a gap year eventually turned into grad school, becoming a creative freelancer, and of course, various trials and tribulations of becoming an adult in Amsterdam on my own.
