This exciting collaboration kicked off the new year! It launched with Amsterdam-based chef Edwin Sander and Granola for Gangsters. Together, they served an incredible three-course breakfast menu at The Hoxton Hotel. I joined their creative team as the food photographer for their launch event launch.
