Summer Sweets: Ginger Berry Tartlets

These little treasures which I like to refer to as Ginger Berry Tartlets
are incredibly tasty and equally easy to make...


Simply mix 2 cups Marscapone with
1tsp. fresh grated ginger + 1 tbs. honey in the food processor.
 Fill the sweet pasty shells and top it all off with fresh fruit slices, yum!
