I have recently realized just how tough it can be cooking for children... or rather how tough it is to make them eat. Sometimes they literally won't eat anything but bread and hagelslaag! AAAAH.
After getting frustrated with making time intensive meals only to watch them be thrown away in the end, I decided to make a few simple meals each week and then one time intensive one...which I tried out last night and was a great success!
I used what I *thought* the kids liked which I suppose can change day to day but I came up with a yummy recipe that was devoured literally before I had time to run upstairs and grab my camera! (Thus, a photo from Vegetarian Times).

It can be made vegan by removing the cheese or using a soy cheese instead. YUMYUM!
